Out Of Context

Lately I've been getting a serious kick out of these videos some friends of mine have been making, the series being called Out of Context. I don't actually get to see these particular friends that often, so it's an added benefit that I feel like I get to know some of what they're up to with their time right now.

There's quite a few different reasons why I'm appreciating these videos, so I just want to write down a few of them here.
I have an appreciation for what it is that these particular young men are doing with their time, in the sense that it differs from what I'm choosing to do, and I greatly value the life choices that I understand them to be making. Not settling for the straightforward old 'go to Uni, go get a dull job' path that was set out before so many of our generation, I see these guys pursuing things which they have fun doing.
They strive to get better at what they do. Self-criticality and the pursuit of self-betterment is evident in their work already, even with the something like 7 videos they've made so far.
They aren't afraid to make fools of themselves. There is a charisma in these videos that I feel a severe lack of in my everyday experiences with everyday people.
Their videos show a ridiculous face, while carrying subtler, refined messages within them, such that I can see that they are not only entertaining, but well thought out to be that way.

Here's my five key videos of their collection so far, start at the top and view on down.

Cheers Lone Wolf and Silent Radio!
