A delightful day all around. Today I really got to enjoy the time I spent with my mom and Maia, that we were in "flow" together. Mom and I even got some work done. Back in Waterloo it felt really good when I stepped up and hosted my family; my mom, my brother and my sister. Really noticing the importance of mealtimes for reconvening and synchronizing. And then the Moving Feast! What a beautiful rediscovering of our playful nature and seeing more and more people tap into that. I love that you can just put on any song and trust that they will find a way to move. That feeling of 'I don't care what I dance to if I'm dancing with all of you!'
Perhaps we can dance through life like this.
